Prospect & Pitch Ltd is committed to providing a high-quality, professional fundraising consultancy service.
We are in the process of registering with the Fundraising Regulator and are committed to complying with the Code of Fundraising Practice. Where applicable, we also adhere to the professional standards and guidance of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, the Association of Fundraising Consultants and Freelancers, and other relevant professional bodies.

We hope you will be pleased with the service you receive from us. However, we welcome feedback as an opportunity to improve the quality of our work and the service we provide to our clients and other stakeholders.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our fundraising activities or consultancy services, please let us know in writing.

What happens next
We take every complaint seriously and will deal with it fairly, promptly and confidentially.
Our complaints process is as follows:

We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days.

The Managing Director will review your complaint and, where appropriate, investigate the circumstances with any colleagues, associates or partners involved.

If we require any further information, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We aim to provide a full written response within 10 working days. If our investigation is likely to take longer, we will let you know why and provide an updated timescale.

Where a complaint is upheld, we will explain what action we will take to resolve the matter and what steps we will take to prevent a similar issue occurring in future.
If you remain dissatisfied
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may ask us to review the outcome.
If your complaint relates to fundraising and you remain dissatisfied after our internal complaints procedure has been completed, you may refer your complaint to the Fundraising Regulator for independent consideration.
