Coastal Wildbelt fundraising research study
Prospect & Pitch conducted a fundraising research study for National Trails UK’s Coastal Wildbelt initiative, exploring strategic funding opportunities to protect and enhance the UK’s coastal landscapes.
Through over 30 interviews with funders and stakeholders, the study assessed investment priorities and funding barriers, informing a recommendations paper and funding opportunity analysis. Key insights were presented to trustees and senior executives, ensuring strategic alignment.
A five-year implementation plan outlined fundraising targets and engagement strategies. The study reinforced the Coastal Wildbelt’s potential, positioning National Trails UK to secure sustainable funding and drive long-term conservation impact.
