Managing Director
Harriet is an experienced fundraising and strategy consultant with a proven track record in driving organisational success through effective relationship management, research, team motivation and change implementation. She has led multi-million-pound campaigns, developed new income streams, and helped organisations maintain momentum and clarity through periods of significant change.

Harriet serves as a trustee of Herefordshire Veterans Support Centre (HVCS), a small charity dedicated to serving the Armed Forces community in Herefordshire.
Laura Perratt
Consultant
Laura brings a decade of practical and strategic fundraising experience to Prospect & Pitch’s clients. She has built fundraising functions from scratch, implemented and managed CRMs, delivered award-winning campaigns, secured six-figure grants, and developed strategic corporate partnerships - giving her a grounded understanding of what it takes to turn ambition into action.

Laura is a trustee of the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre, a rural visitor hub and museum, where she applies this expertise to strengthen impact and resilience.
